Who was revolutionary neuroscientist Dr Marian Diamond?
Dr Jess Bugeja has always looked up to Dr Marian Diamond, a founder of modern neuroscience. She was the first to demonstrate neuroplasticity – that a brain can grow and develop even in adulthood.
Jess works with the neuroplasticity team here at the Australian e-Health Research Centre (AEHRC). She recently appeared on the Infinite Women podcast to discuss all things neuroscience and women in STEM.
